Shipping policy
Lead Time
Many of our products are made to-order so the lead time for dispatch can be up to 6-8 weeks in some case. However, we will always endeavour to deliver orders faster than this, especially if items are in stock. If you are in doubt, please just get in touch.
We will always be completely honest and transparent when communicating lead times and expected delivery dates for orders, and where possible we always aim to deliver products ahead of schedule.

Delivery Methods
Depending on the shape and size of your order, we will either ship via a courier, via the pallet network or via dedicated delivery services.
Pallet Delivery
Pallet deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm. These are kerbside only.
We will email you the scheduled delivery information 48 hours before delivery. Please let us know ASAP if this is unsuitable and you won't be able to take delivery at this time. For each failed delivery, we need to charge a redelivery fee of £25.00.
Professional Installation Service
We also offer a professional installation service whereby we will bring your equipment in and install your equipment at your premises. This must be quoted by our sales team and is generally more expensive. Before we provide a quote it will involve a short conversation with one of our team to understand the details of your space along with any unique requirements.
Courier Delivery
Lighter items will be delivered via a traditional parcel courier.
Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a tracking link so you can check the progress of your delivery.
Requesting Delayed Delivery
If you are looking for an extended delivery time or for us to delay the dispatch of your order please get in touch via our Contact Form.
Local Collection
If you would prefer, we can make your order available for collection at our Burscough HQ. Select "Pick Up" at checkout, and we will be in touch to coordinate collection with you. Please note for bulky/heavy items; you may need to check packaged product dimensions/weights to make sure you'll be able to transport the products yourself.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on product size, product weight and shipping address.
Orders bound for areas including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may all be subject to higher delivery charges.
